the heart of many "Sons of the Light",
are crumbling in uncertainties, isolation,
and loneliness. They are searching for their own identity through their detachment of the physical world which they currently reside

There are feelings of nostalgia and a lack of something, which cannot be explained, leading them to seek refuge in dark thoughts, including the
annihilation of its own dense vibratory nature...They feel a sense
of guiltiness and emptiness, which leaves them disoriented, pushing them to the chain of
laziness, lack of motivation, or to some deviations of behaviours, because that which
was of their interest, they no longer fancy...
It is necessary to dispose the accumulated negative energies,
and dispel toxins that are intoxicated by their dark side: "the thought
of death as an escape" ...
They must be involved as much as possible with positivity, in exercises , healthy eating habits, meditation, prayers, wellbeing and group activities. Always following the path of higher beings, spiritual guides, messengers of the Christic and cosmic magnetism.

other lessons that will emerge when their mind, emotions and energy fields
(chakras) are solidly in harmony with the divine light... The many cosmic beings,
who are seeking for allies, that are awaken from the lethargy of the physical body, will
approach them to teach lessons, that will serve them for many future reincarnations
and life in other Orbs...
Many will thus, not only be learning but remembering and walking along with the experiences gained on Earth ... Only then, they will
be able to take quantum leaps and secure their ascension program, as previously
agreed in distant eras… Those are eras where the history of this planet has no
account, and neither was able to register...

teach ... And we, the invisible friends, are always providing the way forward,

The various planets of this galaxy, are in alliance with
