From a spiritual point of view, existential emptiness means that the reincarnated spirit is not being able to fulfill its reincarnation plan. It feels that it is losing its goals on the material plane, and this gradually gives way to a nostalgia for the spiritual world, which triggers depression and even suicidal thoughts.
From a psychological point of view, the disconnection from one's origins, from one's own truth, the lack of purpose in life, the loss of the feeling of being useful to oneself or to others, the loss of one's own identity and a feeling of lack of importance in relation to one's own existence can also trigger existential emptiness.
And no matter your social level, this can happen to famous or financially successful people.
When a soul begins to awaken to the reality of life, it also begins to feel deep down that if there is a lot of abundance in one place, there is also a lot of scarcity in another. The subconscious gives signals that we cannot be 100% happy in material abundance, while there are people in various parts of the planet who do not even have the basics to survive.
In addition to a feeling of loneliness in a crowd, there is uncertainty about whether those who approaches them are for the person or for the persona they project to the world. This is when an inexplicable inner dissatisfaction arises. This is when mental and emotional disorders arise. It is as if it were a call to awareness of their role in the world, since they are strong agents with the power of speech, with a voice that can help alleviate the inequality that surrounds them.
For the life they lead is completely disconnected from those who follow them, who applaud them and enrich them. And this can undermine their connection with the truths of the spirit and their original principles.
So, little by little, a feeling of guilt takes hold of them, often camouflaged by the escape valves of vices or eccentricities, in excesses of all kinds, to which many, unfortunately, succumb to in order to fill their disturbing existential void.
But if they use their voice for the benefit of others, if they reconnect with loyal friends and family who truly love them, those who always believed in them before they became famous or rich, if they identify more with their true self than with their persona, if they find a deeper purpose within fame or wealth, as a process that leads them to travel a path back to their essence, they can, yes, fill that void.
After all, everything and everyone is interconnected, and we must always remember, we are not from here, we are here temporarily, and with a higher purpose in all the areas in which life has placed us!
