Hello all the lovely people who honours my blog with their presence. I am so happy to announce that my book "DETACHMENTS-If it is not by Loving,It will be by Hurting" has been published by Balboa Press

Book Synopsis:

"Detachments" is an autobiography, where the author shares important and impactful stories of her life, where she learned the lessons of Detachment - a search for self. Originally written as a form of self-therapy, due to a phase of depression. However, according to the unfolding of the stories, the author realised that by reliving her deeper wounds, (such as a very traumatic event she witnessed in her early childhood), each wound was being healed one by one. This has helped drain the negative energies of the emotions that were attached to these events. In each chapter, the author understood that, from an early age, life had made her go through so many terrible but important events to teach the difficult task of letting go. Her faith also gave strength to overcome all this, and to become a much stronger and wiser person, and with a sense of duty to humanity. That's when the idea of ​​creating her blog came to life. The message that is clear in the book is that life sometimes tends to send storms in order to clear the pollution caused by our unhealed emotions. Thus, the trials of life are indeed, disguised blessings, that will shape our soul to a far better version of ourselves. The book is, in fact, a journey of self-knowledge where the lesson of detachment is evident, but above all, to cross the difficulties of life with courage and resignation, always taking the positive side of a negative situation. As the subtitle suggests, if we do not learn from love, life will teach us in harsh and repetitive ways until we learn.

An individual's difficulty in perceiving the patterns of negativity in their way of thinking, obscures their view that they are in fact, responsible for attracting the wrong people and unfavourable situations to their life.

This individual tends to see himself as the victim of circumstances, because of his unresolved feelings and limited view of life. Impulsively, he will discredit the positive changes, and thus fuel the belief that his suffering is his fate, his bad luck, an injustice, a punishment, or his karma.

As a consequence, unwanted situations will be constantly repeating themselves and gradually taking away the shine and pleasure of life; Thus, perpetuating his unhappiness.

If they stop to observe the patterns of their own thoughts, they will realize that they are deeply rooted in their being, and that they have displayed their vestiges through their life history. These thought patterns were the co-creators of their miseries.

If those people are open to self-analysis, self-reform, and begin a quest to acquire the answers to the unfortunate events of their life, they will also begin to see themselves as the great creator of their present reality.

Moreover, if he also begins to raise his thoughts and sublimate his feelings, he will be reprogramming his mind to a wider way of seeing things. Eventually, his new emotional maturity will become a natural habit, which will then be reflected in his daily actions.

Now, knowing how to position itself with more control in the face of challenging events, this renewed being will be able to attract abundance of goodness, positivity and prosperity in all areas of his life.

Como você vê ... é como será !!!

A dificuldade de um indivíduo em perceber os padrões de negatividade em sua maneira de pensar, obscurece sua visão de enxergar que eles são de fato, os responsáveis ​​por atrair as pessoas erradas e as situações desfavoráveis ​​à sua vida.

Este indivíduo tende a ver-se como a vítima das circunstâncias, devido a seus sentimentos mal resolvidos e uma visão limitada da vida. Impulsivamente, ele desacreditará as mudanças positivas e, portanto, alimentará a crença de que seu sofrimento é seu destino, uma má sorte, uma injustiça, uma punição ou seu carma.

Se o indivíduo se abrir à auto-análise, a uma auto-reforma, e começar uma busca por adquirir as respostas aos eventos infelizes de sua vida, ele também começará a se enxergar como o grande criador de sua presente realidade.

Além disso, se ele também começa a elevar seus pensamentos e a sublimar seus sentimentos, ele estará reprogramando sua mente para uma maneira mais ampla de ver as coisas. Eventualmente, sua nova maturidade emocional se tornará um hábito natural, que será refletido em suas ações diárias. 

Agora, sabendo se posicionar com mais controle diante dos desafiadores acontecimentos, este renovado ser será capaz de atrair abundâncias de bondade, positividade e prosperidade em todas as áreas de sua vida.

Earth Purification Process (A message from above)

The world is going through a process of purification, where we are being called to review our ethical-moral values. 2017 is a year of new initiations and we will feel expressively that the old way of thinking, acting and reacting to the events of life, no longer fits into the new vibratory pattern of the planet.

Everyone will feel an intimate charge, especially those who are aware of their misconduct and still remain in error. For the law of cause and effect will play its part with full force and in all spheres of life on the planet; In order to neutralize the evil that affects humanity.

We come to the times when what is hidden or masked will come to the light of day, revealing its true face and surprising even those who are most awake. But the feeling of brotherhood and oneness, which has been a silent calling up to this point, will shout out loud to the collective consciousness to hear. And then, our knowledge, our beliefs will be put to the test before the sufferings of others and of revealing events.

Those who are emotionally and spiritually unprepared will react negatively, in despair and causing tumult over what appears to be, in their eyes, a calamity. But those who can see blessings in adversity will serve as an example of faith and courage. For they know that everything is within divine control, and that after every storm the sun will reign triumphant.

Let us be aware of our role, so that we do not waste time in superfluity, but that we are always ready to do our part. It is necessary for false structures to fall, even if it raises its dirty and suffocating dust, to give way to a new era of renewed actions, more in tune with the law of love!

Processo de Purificação da Terra (Uma mensagem do alto)

O mundo está passando por um processo de purificação, onde estamos sendo chamados a rever nossos valores ético-morais. 2017 é um ano de novas iniciações e sentiremos expressivamente que a velha maneira de pensar, agir e reagir aos acontecimentos da vida, já não se encaixa no novo padrão vibratório do planeta.

Todos sentirão uma cobrança íntima, especialmente aqueles que estão cientes de sua má conduta e ainda permanecem em erro. Pois a lei de causa e efeito desempenhará o seu papel com toda a força e em todas as esferas da vida no planeta; A fim de neutralizar o mal que atinge a humanidade.

Chegamos aos tempos em que o que está oculto ou mascarado virá à luz do dia, revelando sua verdadeira face e surpreendendo mesmo aqueles que estão mais despertos. Mas o sentimento de fraternidade e unidade, que tem sido um chamado silencioso até este momento, vai gritar em voz alta para a consciência coletiva ouvir. E então, nossos conhecimentos, nossas crenças serão postas à prova diante dos sofrimentos alheios e de acontecimentos reveladores.

Aqueles que estão emocionalmente e espiritualmente despreparados, reagirão negativamente, em desespero e causando tumulto sobre o que parece ser, ao seus olhos, uma calamidade. Mas aqueles que podem ver bênçãos nas adversidades, servirão como um exemplo de fé e coragem. Pois sabem que tudo está dentro do controle divino e que depois de cada tempestade o sol reinará triunfante.

Tomemos consciência do nosso papel, para que não desperdicemos tempo em superfluidade, mas que estejamos sempre prontos a fazer a nossa parte. É necessário que as falsas estruturas caiam, mesmo que levante sua poeira suja e sufocante, para dar lugar a uma nova era de ações renovadas, mais em sintonia com a lei do amor !

The Pains of Life

All pain is the bitter remedy to heal the evils of the soul. 

Even though for some, apparently the lesson was not absorbed, somehow the soul has been imprinted with the learning. And the seeds will one day bloom in flowers. 

All suffering brings spiritual maturity, even if it is rudimentary. However, the learning will be solidified once the lessons take its first steps in renewed actions. 

Some lament the heavy burdens that life brings and even envy the apparent happiness of others. Little do they know that the pain that the soul endure is the driving force behind its evolution. 

It is, therefore, the painful call that life allows, in order to achieve a higher goal that is much more comprehensive than the present moment. 

Happy is the one who learned to be reborn from the ashes!

As Dores da Vida !

Toda dor é o remédio amargo para curar os males da alma. 

Mesmo que para alguns, aparentemente a lição não foi absorvida, de alguma forma a alma foi impressa com o aprendizado. E as sementes um dia florescerão em flores.
Todo sofrimento traz maturidade espiritual, mesmo que seja rudimentar. No entanto, a aprendizagem será solidificada uma vez que as lições dêem seus primeiros passos em ações renovadas. 

Alguns lamentam os pesados fardos que a vida traz e até invejam a aparente felicidade dos outros. Pouco sabem que a dor que a alma sofre é a força motriz por trás de sua evolução. 

É, portanto, o chamado doloroso que a vida permite, a fim de alcançar um objetivo mais elevado que é muito mais abrangente do que o momento presente. 

Feliz daquele que aprendeu a renascer das cinzas !
