Self-Love

Trust in your inner light, as you are a unique being,

a cellular organization of transcendental and infinite proportions...

Raise the flag of peace with yourself,

and accept as you are: 'Incomparable and specific Beauty’...

Go through your days, exuding the scent of love

through your attitudes and thoughts,

for thou shalt be the first to self-scent, with your divinity...

Protect your soul’s temple ... your physical body,

so it can express itself with harmony,

flowing from you the angelic beauty of your origins...

Awaken to your potentials,

and don’t doubt your Powers,

as they will be levering you to reach higher levels...

You are Divine Light in the flesh,

so don’t delay to illuminate the paths of those around you...

Get rid of negative thoughts,

and don’t allow yourself to approach low vibrations...

Take great care of what goes into your mind,

remove the webs of pride and slander...

Look at your whole self in the mirror,

not to see the image that reflects on the retina of your eyes,

but the silhouette of light that comes out of your soul...

Obey the desire of your conscience,

they are your guide map, indicating your truth...

Don’t believe that you have no worth,

Awaken yourself to the higher purpose of your life...

Observe the genuine desire of thy heart,

he is the communication centre,

between your higher self and the Creator...

Feel beyond the desires of matter,

your essence is most important,

than the reality you have created...

Allow yourself to dream, respecting and believing in you...

Thank the gift of life and smile, involving everyone in your joy…

You are a living cell within this planet,

and for it to be in peace, you must find yourself in self-love…

Auto-Amor

Confiai  em tua luz interior, pois que tu es’ um ser único,

uma organização celular de proporções transcendentais e infinitas...

Ergue a bandeira da paz contigo mesmo,

E aceita-te como es’:  ‘Beleza incomparável e específica...

Percorre teus dias exalando o perfume do amor,

através de tuas atitudes e pensamentos...

Pois tu seras o primeiro a se perfumar , com a tua real divindade...

Protege o templo da alma...teu corpo fisico,

para que ela se expresse com harmonia,

fluindo de ti a beleza angelical de tuas origens...

Desperta para os teus potenciais,

e não duvides que a tua Força,

e’ a alavanca para alcançares altos patamares...

Tu es’ Luz Divina na carne, portanto,

não te demores a iluminar os  caminhos de quem te rodeia...

Afasta de ti os pensamentos negativos,

não te permitindo se aproximar de mas’ vibrações ...

Tome grande cuidado com o que vai na mente,

retire dela as teias do orgulho e da maledicência...

Enxerga-te por inteiro no espelho,

não para ver a imagem que reflete na retina de teus olhos,

mas sim a silhueta de luz que sai de tua alma...

Obedeces o desejo de tua consciência,

ela e’ o teu mapa guia, indicando a tua verdade...

Não permitas acreditar que não tens valor,

desperta para o propósito maior de tua vida...

Observa a genuina vontade de teu coração,

Ele e’ o centro de comunicação,

entre o teu eu superior e o Criador...

Sinta além dos desejos da matéria,

pois que a tua essência  e’ mais importante,

do que a realidade que criastes...

Permita-se sonhar, respeitar e acreditar em si mesmo ...

Agradeça ao dom da vida e sorria envolvendo a todos em sua alegria,

Pois que es’ célula viva dentro deste planeta,

e para este esteja em paz, e’ preciso que te encontres no Auto-Amor...

#Reflect Upon

To those who are entangled in murky thoughts, 

and uncertainties of the mind...

To those who suffered the pain of disappointments, 

when facing the truth of life...

To those who face in the mirror, 

their spotted image of a present past...

To those who have reasons to continue living, 

in inner struggles pursuing self-triumph…

To those who weep in solitude, 

lost in doubts and revolted within victimhood...

To those who are hungry of a spiritual bread,

and thirsty of peace of conscience...

‘Reflect upon’ these simple words of Love:

“All sorrows are honing your soul...

they are the bitter remedy that cures"...

When we fall, 

there is always a ‘Higher Force' in charge of all, 

expressing its wisdom and illuminating our thoughts, 

through the opportunities that arise...

Reflecting on lost time, in futile passing joys,

we’ll realize that there is more value in a simple smile,

of those who hold the satisfaction of a fulfilled duty,

than the illusion of worldly pleasures, which adds nothing to our soul ...

If we can see our responsibilities,

within the complications we have put ourselves into,

this 'Force' will push us into reviewing with clarity,

the hidden truths in the events of our lives...

Thus, directing us to safely re-write our story...

A quem está preso em pensamentos obscuros,

e em incógnitas da mente...

A quem já sofreu as dores das desilusões, 

ao enfrentar as verdades da vida...

A quem se depara no espelho com sua imagem,

manchada de um passado presente...

A quem  têm motivos para continuar a viver, em lutas internas,

em busca do auto-triunfo…

A quem chora em solidão, perdidos em questionamentos, 

revoltados em vitimismos...

A quem sente fome do pão espiritual,

e sede da paz de consciência...

Reflita nessas singelas palavras de Amor:

“Todos os pesares, são burilamentos da alma... 
são o remédio amargo que cura”...

Ao cairmos, 

haverá sempre uma 'Força Maior' no comando de tudo,

manifestando a sua sabedoria e iluminando nossos pensamentos,

através das oportunidades que nos surgem...

Refletindo em tempos perdidos, em alegrias passageiras,

compreenderemos que mais vale um simples sorriso,

daqueles que detém satisfação interior de um dever cumprido,

do que a ilusão dos prazeres mundanos,

os quais `a nossa alma, nada acrescenta...

E se pudermos enxergar nossas responsabilidades,

no âmbito das complicações em que temos nos colocado,

essa 'Força' nos impulsionara' a rever com clareza,

as verdades escondidas, dentro dos acontecimentos de nossas vidas…

Assim, direcionando-nos com segurança, 

a re-escrever a nossa historia…

Nothing is Lost

When tears fall into despair,

You don’t see that joy is near ….on its way…

When your eyes are closed in solicitations,

You forgot that help is already by your side…

When everything feels like the end,

Remember, that's only the beginning of a new direction…

When the material world, makes you lost in solid illusion,

Regain your inner strength, that once has ruled you in difficult times;

If you cry today, tomorrow you’ll smile,

If you ask today, tomorrow you’ll be thankful,

If you’re despondent today, tomorrow will bring you hope,

If you are lost today, tomorrow you will find the exit...

In your walking steps, you will stand up stronger,

And you will see that from all, you’ve inherited only learnings...

Keep the smile on your face, and your head up high,

Recognize the lessons of self-knowledge,

That opens doors for new opportunities...

In the labour of new ideas that arises,

There is the invitation to believe that all isn’t lost,

As you possess the plenitude of life,

The sunny warms days, the love of those around,

And the divine protection that looms up before your inner light...

Your good conduct and conscience of done duty,

Your joy of living and humility will be your shield ... your prayers in action...

Thus, move forward with nothing to fear, stand tall and don’t forget:

"For those of faith, 'nothing is lost' and victory is their fate"

Nada está Perdido

Quando as lágrimas caem em desespero,

não vês que a alegria te acerca... está`a caminho;

Quando teus olhos fecham em rogativas,

esquecestes que a ajuda já está ao teu lado;

Quando tudo parece o fim,

lembra-te, que e’ somente o começo de um novo rumo;

Quando o mundo material, faz-te perder em sólida ilusão,

recobra a ti, a força interior que já te regeu em momentos difíceis;

Se hoje clamas, amanhã sorriras;

Se hoje pedes, amanhã agradecerás;

Se hoje esmoreces, o  amanhã trara’ esperanças;

Se hoje estáis perdida, amanhã encontrarás a saida...

No caminhar dos passos, te re-erguerás mais forte;

E verás que de tudo, herdastes somente o aprendizado...

Mantendo o sorriso no rosto, andas de cabeça erguida,

Reconhece a lição do auto-conhecimento,

e abre as portas para as novas oportunidades...

No labor das idéias que surgem,

Encontrarás o convite`a acreditar que nem tudo está perdido...

Porque tu possuis a plenitude da vida,

o sol que aquece os dias, o amor dos que te rodeiam,

e a proteção divina que se agiganta diante de tua luz...

Tua boa conduta e consciência do dever cumprido,

a alegria da viver e a humildade, serão o teu escudo,

...tuas orações em forma de ação...

Assim sendo, segue e nada temas, levanta-te e não esquece:

#Opportunities

Some hide in inner worlds,

missing opportunities for complacency and laziness ...

Some seek peace in the night's silence,

and opportunities in their calloused hands of life ...

They would manage to be what they wanted,

if courage would venture to revisit their days,

Transforming the old into new,

their potentials would appear everyday ...

Some are at the mercy of luck,

Blaming God when it does not come...

They believe that the Father of all,

Have his favourites at heart too...

If only they could realize,

how wrong  they have become,

They would avoid the bad habit,

of insults and complaints ...

The opportunities are at mercy of those,

that aren't afraid to live...

They are in the simple everyday encounters,

and in the walking hours waiting for you...

We cannot predict the morning, the noon or the evening,

No one knows what awaits us around the corner,

If death or divine light, the important thing is to never fade....

Seek the joy of everyday life,

on the positive blessing of a sunrise...

Remember what your mother said:

"Son ... I believe in you”...

So believe in yourself instead…
